When you sign up for HomeAssist, we collect your first name and email address. If you separately opt in to receive SMS messages, we also collect your US mobile phone number.
Your email address is used for waitlist updates and service communications. If you opt in to SMS, your phone number is used to send you text messages from HomeAssist, including task reminders, household updates, and digest summaries. We do not use your information for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS messaging is optional. You may join the HomeAssist waitlist without consenting to receive text messages. If you choose to opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our signup form, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from HomeAssist at the phone number you provide.
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of joining the waitlist or using HomeAssist.
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any HomeAssist text. Reply HELP for help or contact us at the address below.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us directly.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
